You will play a key role in educating and guiding both customers and developers through creating customer-centric solutions, crafting demonstrators, and producing educational content like videos and blogs to promote IMG.LY Technology. This position involves fostering relationships with customers and developers, serving as the primary technical field expert.
Technical Onboarding and Guidance: Provide active technical support and guidance to customers during the adoption process of our SDKs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Developer Documentation: Assist in enhancing the developer documentation to improve clarity and accessibility.
Customer and Developer Insight: Understand the business and technical needs of customers and developers to uncover opportunities where our SDKs can add significant value.
Demonstrators and Showcases Creation: Develop demonstrators and showcases to exhibit the diverse features of our technology, highlighting its potential applications.
Educational Content Development: Produce educational materials such as videos (including webinars and YouTube content) and blog posts to educate our customers and developer community, while also building relationships.
Experience and Product Versatility Improvement: Play a crucial role in elevating the developer and customer experience, as well as the versatility of our product, by leveraging our technologies to create a variety of demonstrators and applications.
