About the Job
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to progress within the technology sector, particularly in SaaS. The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, closing deals with small businesses, maintaining our CRM, and engaging with marketing qualified leads. As an Account Executive you will be an integral part of the growing sales team at IMG.LY, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.
Your Role
  • Qualify inbound leads effectively and efficiently.
  • Close sales deals with small businesses (less than 1m EUR in revenue).
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
  • Proactively contact marketing qualified leads to explore potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales/marketing and product teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Your profile
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a sales role, preferably within a SaaS tech company.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) looking to transition into a Account Executive (AE) role is highly desirable.
  • Experience with sales qualification methodologies and any formal sales training preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot for sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.

How the hiring process works:
The hiring process begins with a 30-minute discussion focused on cultural fit and introducing IMG.LY as an organization, conducted by our People Experience Manager. Following this, you may receive a "take-home" assignment, estimated to require about three hours to complete. Should your submission meet our standards, the next step involves a review and technical discussion with potential future colleagues. This is followed by meetings with both your prospective Team Lead and our CEO. After these steps, we will proceed to the decision-making phase.
