We are looking for an effective Partnership Account Executive to build and drive our acquisition and growth strategy for small and medium-sized business and enterprise accounts. Owning the 360° sales process, you will work closely with our CEO and founder and qualify and close six-figure deals. You will grow our customer base through inbound & outbound sales, apply a thorough understanding of our solutions and communicate to prospects and customers, making this a career-defining position with plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow into exciting roles.
Your Role
  • Drive our sales and partnerships business across Europe and the Americas, focusing on small and medium-sized business and enterprise clients end-to-end, while effectively developing and managing a relevant deal pipeline.
  • Develop new business with partners via phone, email, and in-person to introduce our product offerings; negotiate commercials and close deals with a solution-focused, consultative mindset.
  • Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer and successfully manage and overcome customer objections.
  • Analyze data and internal reports to help optimize our go-to-market, setups and deliver regular feedback to our partners and the team.
  • Optimize our sales and growth processes.
  • Supervise your projects and work closely with other departments such as Design, Product, Marketing, and Support.
Your profile
  • 2-3 relevant experiences with selling complex solutions to enterprises, mid-market, and SMBs with knowledge of enterprise-level dev tools (SDKs, APIs) is a plus
  • Demonstrated success by consistently exceeding your sales quota
  • Getting things done: a focused, hands-on mentality with the ability to deal with ambiguity in a quickly growing startup environment
  • Fast learner with a strong, technical, analytical & commercial mindset
  • Native or professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work remotely in the Americas (UTC-8 to UTC-5) or EMEA (UTC-1 to UTC+3)
